Eva Lydeking is a clinical nutritionist, body psychotherapist, and homoeopath with expertise in agroforestry, permaculture, and moringa farming in Ghana and Kenya.

She is a volunteer researcher and technical advisor for AMH Online, serving as a permanent resource person for events since 2018 and providing guidance to farmers.

Eva also manages a horse farm and focuses on holistic health, soil fertility, and sustainable agriculture initiatives.
