Today we have a teacher from Tunisia, North Africa.
Meet Mhaouek Sonia who has started her own moringa farm, after learning about Moringa on Facebook.
Being a teacher, she did a lot of research on moringa, which led her to pursue this miracle tree for herself.
Her love for moringa has given her a desire to grow more trees and encourage other people in Tunisia and other Arabic countries to grow them, especially among poor families.
She sees it as an answer to nutritional challenges faced by poor families.

Sonia’s Moringa Story
My name is Mhaouek Sonia from Tunisia, North Africa. I am a teacher. I have a moringa farm as a business called Mhaouek Farm.
I discovered moringa for the first time through the internet while reading articles on Facebook and the internet about moringa, describing it as the MIRACLE TREE, the TREE of LIFE, and recommended as a SUPERFOOD, which sparked my interest and love for moringa.
After a continuous series of research, I decided to deal directly with the miraculous tree. I started cultivating moringa seeds.
Today, my moringa took another step forward, which is introducing and promoting moringa to my family, neighbours, and colleagues, to use moringa as food.
In the near future, I plan to cultivate more moringa trees. I will make efforts to schedule promotion programs to encourage more people to plant moringa, in order to consume moringa as food.
I conclude that the nutritional benefits of the moringa tree are very visible to the nutritional challenges faced by poor families.
The tree has proven to be a worthwhile solution.
