Affiliation for Moringa Associations

Here are some of the benefits of affiliating with AMH:

Affiliates enjoy the Right to use AMH ONLINE Name, promotional, educational materials to gain popularity and also promote local programs on all AMH ONLINE platforms and websites;
AMH ONLINE also serves as a referee/reference point to affiliates, should they need that support;
Credible scholars and researchers who offer guidance on Moringa Best Practices;
Affiliating to AMH ONLINE will provide a seal of approval to organizations dealing in Moringa.

Organizations wishing to affiliate with AMH ONLINE will have to fill in an online application form;
Once the application is successful, the applicant will be requested to make a donation of any amount to AMH ONLINE.
Certificate of AMH ONLINE affiliation will then be issued. Hereafter AMH ONLINE affiliation will be renewed annually with any donation amount.

Organizations in the member countries who are registered with the government and are actively involved in moringa;
Individuals cannot affiliate with AMH ONLINE.

Only registered organizations with registrar general departments in their home countries are eligible;
Organizations should have at least 10 members to qualify for AMH ONLINE affiliation;
Organizations should be functional.

Eligible activities can take place at any level of the value chain (production, processing, marketing, consumption), research and development.

Organisations should be involved in one of the value chains targeted by AMH Online:

Provide education through sensitization on the benefits of moringa;
Educate to develop the entire value chain of producers, consumers, and marketers;
Have one good model processing facility in each region;
Mainstream moringa into local dietary systems with an emphasis on addressing malnutrition.

Affiliates are independent;
Affiliates manage and control their affairs independently;
Absence of heavy negative environmental externalities;
Freedom to join – It should not be forced or imposed on anyone to join affiliate organizations in their home counties;
Individuals should join affiliate organizations / AMH ONLINE freely or out of their own will to do so;
Members should be allowed to decide which platform/s to join;
An Agreement (MOU) between AMH ONLINE and Affiliates organizations is required under the major key terms:
- Mutual agreement on promotions and advocacy;
- An agreement on a written disclaimer should any affiliate, wrongly get corrupt on bad deals;
- Quality, Standards, Integrity, and customer delight should be AMH ONLINE’s utmost priority.
